A new vision, a new lifestyle and power from above!

Welcome!

Passage:   Isaiah 40 (Amp)

Today: A new vision, a new lifestyle and power from above!

29 He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making it to abound]. 30 Even youths shall faint and be weary, and [selected] young men shall feebly stumble and fall exhausted; 31 But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.  (Isaiah 40, Amp) -emphasis added

If any person is in Christ, he/she is a new person!

They get a new vision. They look at things differently, from other people

They see souls precious than the whole world

Once people brought a woman to Jesus, to be stoned; He saved her instead!

That is what Jesus came for; to save that which were to be stoned!

We all deserve punishment for our sins. But Jesus took it upon himself and let us go free. When a person chooses to sin, there is a punishment for that

Jesus sees the “possibility” is us, when others see impossibility; He sees ability in us, when others see disabilities; He finds strength in us, when others see weaknesses; and, He finds the good in us, when others see the bad!

We have a new lifestyle-more like Jesus, when He takes the throne of our heart

We no longer crave to draw people to us, but to Jesus!

In our worship services, do we take the glory, and give God some worship?

People with the right vision will give God both glory and the worship!

That is what Isaiah did; that is what John did in Patmos!

When we receive the power from God by waiting upon Him, He will also give us the knowledge and the wisdom to work with that it-the exceeding, abundant power

29 To this end I labor, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me. (Col 1, NIV 84)

7 But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. (2 Cor 4, NIV 84)-emphasis added

An eagle never sits in one place enjoying its greatness and uniqueness; instead it soars high and high. It is focused on its duty than its beauty

For us, it is important that we worship God, instead of being worshiped

Everyday, the eagle has some major task to do

How is it that we don’t know what to do, and have nothing to do, when our master is busy 24/7 looking for workers? There is so much to be done, and so little time!

He will empower us, engage us, encourage us, and embrace us, in the end

Be a blessing to somebody!

To God be the glory; Amen!

Prayer: Lord Jesus, you paid the penalty for my sins and made me free. I thank you because you have a plan for me and you prepared great things for me! Help me to understand your purpose for me and to walk daily in your will; Amen

The best way to keep the power of God in us, is to use it; or, we will loose it!
